Delivery info
Standard delivery is 1–3 working days across mainland UK, with next working day delivery available at checkout. Here's how delivery works on every order.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment (Monday to Friday). Standard delivery across mainland UK is 1–3 working days from dispatch.
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other outlying UK postcodes may take slightly longer. We'll show any extended delivery estimate at checkout before you pay.
Express delivery
An express delivery option is available for £3.99 on selected items. Order before 2pm on a working day and, if the item is in stock, it will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 2 working days (some outlying postcodes may take slightly longer).
Couriers
We ship with Royal Mail Tracked and DPD depending on parcel size and destination. Every dispatched order gets a confirmation email with the courier and tracking reference for that shipment. Deliveries require a signature — the courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the item to us, after which a re-delivery charge may apply.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size and destination, and shown before you complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout — no surprise charges on arrival.
The following UK postcode areas fall outside our standard delivery zone and carry a £7.99 surcharge: Channel Islands (GY, JE), Isle of Man (IM), Scilly Isles (TR21–TR25), Scottish Highlands (HS, IV, KW, KA, PA, PH, ZE), Aberdeenshire (AB) and Northern Ireland (BT).
Large or palletised items
Some suspension and body parts ship on a pallet or via a two-person delivery service. Where that applies, we'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot rather than leaving a large item unattended.
Trade accounts
Trade customers ordering regularly should set up an account — see Trade → Open an account in the footer — so delivery addresses and order history are saved for next time.
