30-day returns

If a part isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging with all fittings included.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return — see Contact us. We'll confirm the return and, once we receive and inspect the part, refund your original payment method through Stripe.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a part arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't the part you ordered, we arrange free collection and send a replacement or full refund — you don't pay return postage for our mistake.

12-month warranty

Our OE-match parts and Kartal HD range carry a full 12-month parts warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If a covered part fails under normal use within that period, we'll replace it or refund it once we've confirmed the fault.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it doesn't cover wear and tear, incorrect fitment, damage from an accident, or use outside the part's intended application. Fitting a part confirmed as compatible for your registration or make, model and engine at checkout does not affect your statutory rights.

What we need from you

For any return or warranty claim, have your order number, the part number, and a short description (and a photo, for faulty items) ready — it lets us process the claim faster.
